Creamy Tuna and Mushroom in White Sauce

We just had Creamy Tuna and Mushroom in White Sauce for dinner. My eldest daughter Ishi craved for it so naturally the ever loving Mama will cook it for her. My family just love anything pasta, the very reason why I always try my best to whip it for my family.

Now let me help you whip this creamy recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans of century tuna
  • ½ block of margarine or butter or 4 tbsps olive oil1 box of cream cheese (optional) – this will make it more cheesier and creamier
  • 1 small can of evaporated milk
  • 2 nestle cream
  • 1 can button mushroom
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (to thicken it more)
  • 1//2 block of small cheese (grate and add while cooking)
  • 1//2 block of small cheese (grate for toppings before serving)

Procedure:

  • Saute onion in either margarine/butter or olive oil (whichever you prefer)
  • Add all of the ingredients (except the egg).
  • Do not stop stirring it until it reached the desire consistency.
  • Once it is already creamy and thick add the egg, you also have to consistently stir it. Make sure that it is blended well.
  • Serve hot and top it with the remaining grated cheese

After this very delicious dinner I think I need the best fat burners available in the market.
